Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia C-379/16.
El memorialista formuló la petición basado en el comunicado de prensa, sin que la providencia en mención hubiese sido notificada.
La Corte recuerda que la aclaración de las sentencias procede dentro de su término de ejecutoria y que están legitimados para formularla quienes sean parte en el proceso correspondiente o hayan intervenido en el trámite respectivo.
Teniendo en cuenta que en la petición formulada no se cumplen las anteriores condiciones, la Sala decide RECHAZARLA, por improcedente.
